Earlier this year the Jonas Brothers announced a comeback in 2012, and their first plan of attack is on your television screen! Joe and Kevin both have shows coming out this August, with Nick rumored to be in the running for a gig with American Idol this next season. Here's why you should watch both "The Next" and "Married to Jonas".
Joe Jonas is set to be a judge on The CW's new singing competition "The Next: Fame is at You Doorstep". I know what you're thinking "Not another singing show", and I get it, believe me I do. But what "The Next" has that other singing shows doesn't is real mentor/competitor interaction (and none of the boring auditions, which let's face it are only interesting when the singer sucks). The judges on "The Next" are sent to spend three days with a contestant in every city they visit. The contestants then battle against each other in front of a live audience and the winner for each city is sent to Los Angeles to compete in the finals.
Why should you watch it? Easy, not only does "The Next" put a unique spin on an otherwise played out TV show genre, and it features mega hot judges Joe Jonas, Nelly, Gloria Estefan, and country music star John Rich. As a fan girl of the Jonas persuasion I know I'll be watching when it premieres August 16 on the CW at 10/9C

Let's face it, every Jonas fan is secretly a bit jealous of Danielle Jonas, wife of Kevin Jonas. In E!'s new reality show "Married to Jonas" fans will get an inside look at what it's like to be married to one third of the pop trio. The show follows Kevin and Danielle Jonas through their daily life as Kevin begins to work on a new Jonas Brothers' album with his brothers.
Why should you watch it? Well if you're a fan girl like me, you're DYING to know the inner workings of the Jonas family. If you aren't so much a fan girl, "Married to Jonas" is sure to provide entertainment and (clean) drama that only E! reality shows know how to deliver. "Married to Jonas" premiere's on E!, August 19 at 10/9C
